Return Policy
If a shipment package (carton, or roll tuble) arrives badly damaged
or rattles, please do NOT sign your receipt from the delivery personnel, and
do NOT try to open the damaged shipment package, just REJECT the shipment, and
contact our office before opening the shipment package.
If you have signed your receipt from the delivery personnel, and/or have opened the shipment
package, we assume, without any argument, that the shipment package has arrived safely without any
big damages.
Any item found to be defective in materials or workmanship will be replaced
without charge if we are notified within 5 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Also, in the case of obvious error in order fulfillment, items will also be exchanged with the same stipulations as above.

Products or items can ONLY be returned for full refund in the instance of damage or an error on
the part of our store, warehouse or the manufacturer.
